Hi! I’m Phong!

When I was a little boy, I've dreamt of one day becoming a famous artist. My favorite subject in school was art, because drawing and painting were always easier than math equations. The margins of my notebook were utilized as spaces to express my creativity and scrap papers were transformed into paper origamis. Art was my ticket to escape from reality. 

I am grateful that my passion for art has remained. I graduated from Drake University in 2015 with a degree in Advertising Creative. I am currently a graphic designer/production assistant at Iowa PBS. Previously, I interned with Iowa Natural Heritage Foundation, Metro Arts Alliance of Greater Des Moines and the Science Center of Iowa. These wonderful opportunities have allowed me to express my love for art and design. Simple, Brilliant, Creative is not only my personal tagline, but it is also my design philosophy.
